Yes, a £20 minimum order charge will be collected at the door during pickup, payable via cash or card.
For orders below £20, you will still be charged £20. So we recommend you to order an extra service that will get your total to £20.
For orders below above £20, we will email you an invoice and charge the difference.
No problem! You can leave specific instructions when you book, like leaving your laundry at a secure spot or with a concierge or reception. For delivery, just let us know in your order notes if you’d like us to leave it at a particular location.
We offer 24 hour delivery for dry cleaning in Bromley. It is a 24 hour lead time on most dry cleaning and laundry orders & 72 hour lead time on clothing alterations and repairs in Bromley.
Yes, we have a minimum order requirement of £20. Meaning that any orders under £20 will be billed as £20 automatically. This helps us provide efficient service and manage costs.
